Our Standards-Based Drawing Program Drawing is a blast! But it's much more than just having fun. Drawing helps young creative thinkers understand the world around them, solve problems, express their ideas, and build self-esteem. Children draw before learning to write. It's in their DNA, from the get-go!  Keep the thrill alive. Please don't let your children leave drawing behind. The Scribbles Institute helps you nurture their innate desire to draw. We'll help each student integrate drawing with writing, reading, science, history, geography, math, and the arts. You'll be amazed by the results.  Draw to Learn Drawing is the foundation of visual art. The Scribbles Institute services and products are designed to fit with your standards-based visual art curriculum. Our Fax Academy lessons incorporate the elements of visual art such as lines, shapes, patterns, form, texture, space, and light. Traditional principles of drawing such as shading, scale, proportion, and perspective are also included. The subject matter of the lessons can be extended to other curriculum areas as well.  What is the Fax Academy? The Scribbles Institute Fax Academy helps individuals and groups of students improve their drawing. Students fax or email their pictures to their drawing coach, Rob Court, then click their online Drawing Studio to see his comments. The Fax Academy is perfect for public, charter, private, and home schools. It's easy and fun!
